Our indoor units are heated and cooled to protect your belongings from temperature extremes — ideal for furniture, electronics, documents, and seasonal items. We do not offer dedicated humidity regulation, which the strict industry definition of “climate-controlled” requires. If you need humidity-regulated storage for items like fine art, antiques, or musical instruments, we recommend asking specifically about that. Our temperature-controlled indoor units protect against heat and cold, which is what most customers need.
