Q: What hours does the gate operate?
A: The gate operates automatically between the hours of 6am and 9pm every day. The gate locks in both directions at 9pm… and you must complete all activities within the facility and exit before 9pm.
Q: If I have an emergency after hours, is someone available to call?
A: We monitor the main phone number, 541-935-3900, outside of normal office hours. You are welcome to call with questions or to request an appointment to meet with us outside of our normal hours.
Q: Do I have to give notice that I am moving out?
A: Yes. Unit rentals always run through the end of the month. You are required to give us notice a 15 day notice before the end of the month.
Q: What do I need to have with me when I move in?
A: New tenants are required to provide a government issues photo ID at move in. You will also need to make payment for one full month plus a small administrative fee.
Q: What are the methods of payment?
A: We accept payment in the form of check, credit card (VISA/MasterCard), or cash. If you are paying in cash, please be aware that we do not keep change in our office. Cash payment over and above the amount due will be credited forward on your account.
